
Asian Tuna Steaks

🛒 Ingredients
Serves:2
- 2 UnitsTuna Steaks (Fresh / Defrosted)⭕
- 2 UnitsNoodles⭕
- 1 HandfulMange Tout⭕
- 100 mlSoy Sauce(Add more if needed)⭕
- 4 tbspHoney⭕
- 1 tbspVinegar⭕
- 1 PinchChilli / Chilli Flakes⭕
- ½ UnitSweetheart Cabbage⭕
- 1 PieceGinger⭕
- 2 ClovesGarlic⭕
🍳 Method
- 1Finely Chop Garlic & Ginger. Add to a mixing bowl.⭕
- 2Add Soy Sauce, Chilli, Honey, Vinegar to the mixing bowl.⭕
- 3Add Tuna steaks to the sauce and let marinate.⭕
- 4Cut the ends off the mange tout, and slide the sweetheart cabbage into ribbons.⭕
- 5Bring two pans with water to boil. In one add the noodles, in another add the mange tout and cabbage⭕
- 6Heat up oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat. When hot, add the Tuna (without sauce). and cook to how desired (2-5 minutes each side). When the Tuna is ready, turn down the heat, and add in the remaining sauce into the pan to warm up.⭕
- 7One the noodles and veg are ready, drain and serve in a dish. Top with Tuna steak and pour the remaining sauce over the top.⭕

Tuna steak can be substituted for any other protein
