🛒 Ingredients

Serves:2
  • 2 UnitsTuna Steaks (Fresh / Defrosted)
  • 2 UnitsNoodles
  • 1 HandfulMange Tout
  • 100 mlSoy Sauce(Add more if needed)
  • 4 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1 PinchChilli / Chilli Flakes
  • ½ UnitSweetheart Cabbage
  • 1 PieceGinger
  • 2 ClovesGarlic

🍳 Method

  • 1
    Finely Chop Garlic & Ginger. Add to a mixing bowl.

    Add Soy Sauce, Chilli, Honey, Vinegar to the mixing bowl.

    Add Tuna steaks to the sauce and let marinate.
  • 4
    Cut the ends off the mange tout, and slide the sweetheart cabbage into ribbons.

    Bring two pans with water to boil. In one add the noodles, in another add the mange tout and cabbage
  • 6
    Heat up oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat. When hot, add the Tuna (without sauce). and cook to how desired (2-5 minutes each side). When the Tuna is ready, turn down the heat, and add in the remaining sauce into the pan to warm up.

    One the noodles and veg are ready, drain and serve in a dish. Top with Tuna steak and pour the remaining sauce over the top.
💡 Chef's Tips
Tuna steak can be substituted for any other protein
