🍳 Method
- 1Whisk soy, honey, vinegar, ginger and garlic in a small bowl.⭕
- 2Pat salmon dry and season. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.⭕
- 3Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until crisp, then flip and cook 2 minutes.⭕
- 4Pour in the sauce and spoon over the fish as it bubbles and thickens, about 2 minutes.⭕
